During the earthquake in Turkey, multi-level buildings collapsed like a house of cards. Here are the most impressive (and horrifying) videos from eyewitnesses.
On 6th February in Turkey, one of the strongest earthquakes in the history of the country occurred and had a significant impact on neighboring Syria. After the initial quake with magnitudes between 7.7-7.8, recorded more than 300 after including one with magnitude 7. of buildings such as homes, hospitals and schools were reduced to ruins. As per latest figures from Turkey and Syria, nearly five thousand people perished while over 25 thousand suffered injuries. According to WHO estimates this 23 million people in some way or form. A few seconds which changed lives forever captured by eyewitnesses on video tape.

Not the first seemingly ok building to completely collapse in the last 12 hours. Hopefully the casualties can be kept to a minimum but it already looks like this is going to be the worst natural disaster in Turkish history. Over 2000 buildings already confirmed collapsed. pic.twitter.com/V27o7TJaIU
