Easy, Simple and Quick Breakfast Menu

Preparing foods for someone else is often more complicated that preparing it for yourself, especially for breakfast. Poached eggs on avocado and feta toast

This recipe does not require a lot of ingredients and easy to make. What you need to have is eggs, avocado, feta, chili flakes, lemon and sourdough. First thing you need to do is to boil water and vinegar, then crack two eggs and put the eggs into the boiled water. Just remember to turn down the fire a bit so the eggs do not bubble too high from the pan. On the other hand, you can mash the avocado and mix it with feta, chili flakes and lemon that you can juice from the fruit itself. You can also put black paper if you like. In the meantime, toast the bread while doing the other process. Once all of those are done, spread the mashed avocado and spread it on the bread as much as you want, and finally put the boiled eggs on top of it. You can also add grated cheese if you like it creamy.

Air fryer bacon

Another simple breakfast you can make is air fryer bacon. This only requires bread and streaky bacon. First of all, put the streaky bacon inside the air fryer and make sure it is all spread out. Set the temperature to 200 degree Celsius for 6-10 mins depending on how crispy you want the bacon (the longer it is, the crispier you will get). Once it is done, take it out and let it rest for a while. There you go, another food for breakfast prepared in less than 15 minutes.

Omelette

Omelette is very underrated dish, yet very simple to cook, and the main point is it tastes good. What you need to have is eggs, sunflower oil and butter. Initially, melt the butter and the oil on the non-sticky pan with low heat until it bubbles. In the meantime, crack the eggs and put in the bowl so you can add seasoning as you like, normally it is just salt and black pepper. Put the eggs slowly into the pan and stir it continuously until the base is half-cooked. Tilt the pan slowly so the surface of the eggs moves and covers the whole eggs. Once it is done, you can serve it when it's still warm and also put some cheese and other toppings as you like.
